MetricRally is a free, browser-based platform for testing human performance in areas including reaction speed, typing, clicking, aim, and memory. The service is provided for entertainment, self-tracking, and general performance testing purposes only.

MetricRally is not a medical service, neurological diagnostic tool, IQ test, intelligence assessment, cognitive evaluation, or ADHD test. The results provided by MetricRally tests should not be used for medical decisions, clinical diagnosis, or any purpose requiring scientifically validated measurements.

No Medical Claims

MetricRally makes no medical claims about its tests. The tests measure browser-based performance metrics and do not assess cognitive function, neurological health, intelligence, or any medical condition. If you have concerns about your reaction time, memory, or cognitive performance, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

MetricRally uses high-resolution browser timing APIs where appropriate, but does not guarantee that results are accurate or comparable across different hardware, browsers, input methods, or network conditions. Display latency, input device latency, browser overhead, and system load all affect measured results. MetricRally is not liable for any consequences arising from the use or interpretation of test results.

Acceptable Use

By using MetricRally, you agree to:

The MetricRally name, logo, website design, test designs, and all content on metricrally.com are the intellectual property of MetricRally. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the site's design or content without permission. Links to MetricRally from other websites are welcome.

Your test results, stored in your browser, belong to you. You are free to share, screenshot, or distribute your own results as you see fit.

Service Availability

MetricRally is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. The website may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, hosting issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. Since results are stored in your browser, your data remains accessible even if the website is temporarily down — though you would need the site to be available to view results through the MetricRally interface.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetricRally shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes but is not limited to any decisions made based on test results, any inability to access the service, or any data loss resulting from browser storage clearing.
