What MetricRally Is
MetricRally is a free browser-based platform for testing human performance across five categories: reaction speed, typing speed, clicking speed, aim accuracy, and memory. Eight individual tests plus a three-minute Quick Benchmark give you a complete picture of your performance skills.
Every test runs entirely in your browser. There is no account to create, no email to provide, and no
backend server that processes your results. Your test history and personal bests are stored locally in
your browser using localStorage.
Why MetricRally Exists
Most human performance testing websites either bury the actual test behind walls of SEO content, or present results wrapped in fake statistics like "better than 87% of people." MetricRally takes a different approach: the test comes first, the results are transparent, and the focus is on self-improvement rather than comparison to unknown populations.
You should be able to arrive from a search for "reaction time test," take the test immediately, see your result, and have a reason to come back and beat your personal best. That is the entire product.
